ICICT 2024 was triumphantly held in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States. This esteemed event was jointly organized by SAU University, The University of North Dakota and University of Hawaii-Hilo. Commencing with an address from Conference Chair Prof. Shawon Rahman (University of Hawaii-Hilo, USA), ICICT 2024 officially kicked off on the morning of March 16th. The morning session was presided over by Conference Co-chair Prof. Emanuel Grant (University of North Dakota, USA). The conference boasted three keynote speakers who graciously shared their latest research advancements. These esteemed scholars included: Prof. Mohsen Guizani (Mohamed Bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI), UAE, IEEE Fellow); Prof. Ping Wang (Robert Morris University, USA); Prof. Anu A. Gokhale (St. Augustine’s University, USA).
