ICICT 2023 was held successfully in Raleigh, USA with hybrid mode. SAU University Provost expressed welcome to all participants onsite, Prof. Anu Gokhale, St. Augustine’s University, USA gave opening remarks. This year, we invited 4 excellent speakers to share: Prof. Hao Ying, Wayne State University, USA; Prof. Zhu Han, University of Houston, USA; Prof. Sule Yildirim Yayilgan, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Norway; Prof. Alaa Sheta, Southern Connecticut State University, USA. Meanwhile, Prof. Marvin Schneider organized a workshop on Computer Security Applications, and Prof. Shawon Rahman, University of Hawaii-Hilo, USA hosted ICICT closing ceremony and announced the awards online.
